Fab Frugal Fitness Series – Week #6 by Sara Waldman

Sara Waldman brings us an effective workout that can be done from the privacy of your own home AND doesn’t require any fancy gear.  No time? No equipment? It turns out you also have no excuses.

 

Message from Sara:

One of my favorite things about fitness is that you can find a way to get a workout in anywhere and at any budget level. No fancy gym or equipment needed! It’s just a matter of knowing what to do.

Here’s an equipment-free glute and ab workout I created for @fiscalfemme’s new Fabulously Frugal Fitness series. If you don’t have a yoga mat, you can use a towel to create padding for your lower back.

The key to feeling the is to take each move nice and slow. Really focus on engaging your muscles. Form over speed!
