My name is Kenzie and I am a fitness and lifestyle advocate. I focus on making high protein vegan meals that are not only plant-based but very easy and affordable. Many myths come with being vegan, one it is expensive to eat that way, and two you can’t get enough protein. My aim is to prove that misconception wrong and show people that it is not hard to live a plant-based lifestyle. Being as active as I am, I need the most nutritious foods I can get that gives me the most energy. I currently live in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and am about to open a technology based training studio called Body20. You can watch my daily story which often includes a full day of eating and the ins of my new studio on my Instagram.
